Radon Testing

About 1 in 10 homes in Wisconsin have radon – test your home today!

Radon is a naturally occurring gas that causes lung cancer. Radon can leak into your home and is common in Wisconsin. While you can’t see or smell it, you can protect yourself from it. Testing for radon is common when buying or selling a home, but you should take action now by testing your home.

Radon kits are made available through the Oneida County Health Department.  Simply stop by our office Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm and pick up your kit today.  Kits are available at the Oneida County Health Department and have easy to follow instructions inside so you know how to complete the test.

For more questions on radon, you can contact us at 715-369-6111 or visit the Wisconsin Radon Information Centers website.
